Follow 3 steps: click the market name at the top left of the chart → enter a name in the search field → verify the full market name and select. When the screen returns, check that the top-left label and chart title show the selected market.

If you cannot find a market

  • Check for text remaining from a previous search
  • Check whether a category filter such as All or Crypto is active
  • Check that you are searching the full market name
  • If it is still missing, confirm availability with Propr

Equity and index markets (HIP-3)

Some equity and index markets are perpetual futures deployed by external providers using Hyperliquid's HIP-3 mechanism. Even if the name matches a stock, you do not own the underlying shares.

Reference price
The market deployer sets the reference price (oracle) and contract specifications.
Trading halts
The deployer can halt trading, cancel orders and settle positions at the mark price.
Fees
Deployers can set additional fees from 0–300% (0–100% in growth mode), as a percentage of the protocol fee.
Leverage
Propr sets separate limits, such as 4x for equities and 10x for S&P500 and XYZ100.

How do I open the market selector?

AClick the market name, such as BTC-USDC, at the top left of the chart. Buttons below it, such as “5m,” control the timeframe.

Q

If I buy a market named after a stock, do I own the shares?

ANo. It is a perpetual futures contract referencing the stock's price. The deployer sets the reference price and contract specifications.

My search does not show the market.

ACheck your search text and category filters. If it is still missing, confirm availability with Propr.
